Molecular and genomic epidemiology

Researches in the Chen’s lab encompass a broad spectrum of molecular and genomic epidemiology. They include:

我們的研究室的工作主要聚焦於分子及基因體流行病學，包括：

• 肝細胞癌、子宮頸癌、鼻咽癌風險預測模式的長期追蹤研究，涵蓋B型及C型肝炎病毒、人類乳突病毒、Epstein-Barr病毒的慢性感染標記，以及宿主的易罹癌基因型和生活型態特徵；
• 慢性砷中毒誘發健康危害的分子與基因體生物標記：遺傳與環境交互作用分析；
• 肝細胞癌、子宮頸癌與鼻咽癌的全基因組關聯分析與多基因風險評分；
• 台灣癌症防治相關國家計畫的成效評估;
